31st march 2018 but penalty of rs 5000 may be imposed upon you

If the refund is more than 10% of total tax then better to file ITR b4 5th aug. You will give int from 1st april 2017 till the data of assesment.

If you file return within due date you can revise the return later.

What is hold you from filing return b4 5th Aug.
