We have filed ITR-3 in August for the FY 2017-2018, it has been more than 3 and half months but we are yet to receive the refund.
There were some capital gains, and some business income but the income is still below the basic exemption limit. Is this the reason why the refund is delayed as they have to check all the transactions?
How long more will it take for the refund?

I will, but I would like to know what is the reason for the delay as I am not the only one who has capital gains and business income, there are many people.
