My one of client is director of pharmaceuticals pvt ltd company located in Uttar Pradesh. Company incorporated in June-2021. Company has current account but no any transaction done till date due to some facility/service issues of govt bank. below some points which i would like to know from experts:-
1) Company registered in GST but still file nil gst return because no gst sale (purchase show in 2A but little bit)
2) All expenses, purchases done by directors account because current account service was very bad of SBI in UP.
3) All collection of cash sale and online sale deposit in director saving personal account
4) Director have no any salary, rental, other sources income from anywhere.
5) company not paying any office rent, no any fixed assets purchased during fy 21-22.
now with ref. to above points please let know that :-
a) which itr form i need to file for director
b) what i show in company books of account for FY 21-22 while all transaction done by director personal account & name. (some of expenses and purchases bills on company name but paid by director personal account)
