Itr f.y.15-16
Sir,
My brother is out of India from May 2014 to till date,he has come to India for 15 days in the month of Dec 15.he has no income in India.
Whether he required to file ITR for the F.Y.15-16 in India ??

no, he is not reqd. to file itr for fy15-16 because he is a non-resident for tax purposes during fy15-16
Can he file NIL Return for F.Y,15-16 ??
why should he, if he is a non resident? absolutely no requirement at all. even then you wish to do so then you can file.
