2. Is there any provision either in Income Tax or in Corporae Laws?

ITR Before AGM

Yes. ITR can be filed before AGM.
Futhrer more, if there will be any change after adoption then you can revise your ITR.
Both are different acts. you can's correlate the time deadlines of both the acts.
