itr ay 19_20
my friend having income from rent of tractor.. no other sources of in come. cash transaction in bank around 3 L .. kindly suggest which itr should be applicable for filing

If Rental income is on monthly contract basis, file ITR 1.
But if rent is received on every event, file ITR 3.
