ITR after due date

is it possible to file ITR4 after due date i.e 31.8.19. There is no tax payable and no refund claim.

if your Gross Taxable Income exceed threshold limit that is 2.50 / 3.00 lakhs then return filing must. There is a late fee panalty payable if return filed after due date.
