26 February 2019One of my client Have Educational Institute(Degree College) and Applied PAN Under A.O.P. Now i want to file income tax return for f.y.2017-18. Which Form applicable to him ITR 5 or ITR 7?. He do not have any 12A/12AA, 80G,10 registrations.
please tell me.

If registered under section 12A/12AA file ITR 7 if not file ITR 5.
