An religious commmittee wants to file ITR for A/Y 2010-11 now. How can he file his return??Such AOP is ready to pay penalty whatever. Please help. This is is MANDIR Committee registered as soceity and having PAN of AOP. Which ITR is to be filed??

The Assessee who is required to maintained Books of accounts, Professional, LIC Agents, Who are convered under audit must to filled all column in ITR4.For Capital Gain to Businessmen to use ITR4, instead of ITR2.
Assemption income, samll assessee who want to show net profit more than 8% may take benefit of 4S Sugam.
