Itr 5 for a.y. 2016-17
Dear Sir,
whether it is compulsory to use DSC for filing ITR 5 for A.Y. 2016-17
Please tell as early as possible.

DSC of Class 2 and Class 3 signing certificate category issued by a licensed Certifying Authority (CA) needs to be obtained for e-Filing on the MCA Portal.
and further, if a firm is coverd under 4AB then DSC is mandatory for ITR 5, otherwise there is no requirment for DSC for a firm for ITR 5 .
