Which PAN should we quote while filing ITR 5?
That of AOP or Trust..........
In the verification section we quote the PAN of the partner who is filing the return right.....but while submitting the form it showing error the PAN in personal information/verification is invalid??
Check the name of authorized person, in profile of the AOP (PAN) as of efilling site. Quote the same name & his PAN.
