If we file return under ITR 4s then as per Sec 44AD cant we claim deductions under chapter VIA i.e., under sec 80C..

Read this explanation of Section - 44AD :- (for eligible business)
" who has not claimed deduction under any of the sections 10A, 10AA, 10B, 10BA or deduction under any provisions of Chapter VIA under the heading “C. - Deductions in respect of certain incomes” in the relevant assessment year "
So, you can claim deduction under Chapter - VIA except under Heading - "c"
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
