In ITR4 E1 i.e. gross turnover and E10 i.e. GST turnover for F.Y. 2018-19 should be equal or not? If E1 greater than E10 there will be any problem or not?

Yes, there will be query from either of the department, when difference is substantial.

It's very simple... For Example in ITR 4
If Your GST Turn Over 50k (as per GST returns). You show the same in ITR 4 (e10). But, You show the value in e1 Rs 40k. Then dept ask/query/penalize about the difference...
But, As per different in the ITR 4 as follows then no problem and You keep the documents..
If e1 is Rs 50k (Your all incomes with GST 40k), and e10 is 40k as per GST then no more problem...
Now, are you get difference and clear...

Yes... If Your Gross Turn Over less than GST turn over then You must be fault the value...
