Pl ensure if the assessee is a resident individual. Because only a RESIDENT INDIVIDUAL can claim rebate u/s 87A, all other assesses are not eligible to claim 87A relief. If your assessee meets the eligible criteria and you still face the issue, then try downloading the java utility afresh or fill online form afresh.
