I need to carry forward losses from F&O trading in equity.
Should I fill ITR-4 or the new ITR-4S.

Hi frnd, as per the Income Tax Rules and Regulations, ITR-4s is basicaly for presumptive income..
And income from F&O is not of presumptive nature.
So according to me we should carry 4wrd loss from F&O in ITR-4 only and NOT in ITR-4s..
