Hi i have a client who is a legal professional with gross receipts of Rs362546 and he receives insurance commission from icici prudential of Rs 95000 can i use ITR 4 to show gross receipts of Rs 362546 us 44ADA n show the insurance commission of Rs 95000 as income from other sources or itr 3 shud be used
