In ITR-4 for presumptive taxation of partnership firm, do we need to provide the amount of salary and interest to partners in column E6? Please advise.

Not applicable.....
Remuneration and Interest can't available after calculate 8% of T/O in partnership if they file ITR 4 (presumptive).
And also E6 is applicable for 44AE......
