Dear All,

One of my client have 2 year contract for technical consultancy with Ltd Company.

Company paid Rs 11,50,000/- and deduct TDS u/s 194J (10%) Rs 1,15,000/-. 

Can i file ITR 4 and show it as Business income u/s 44ADA  with 51% profit?

is there any chances of quarry by income tax department?
