I have two shops.One is wholesale & second is retail shop. I am filing gst return as per wholesale shop turnover. Now in income tax can I show the turnover of both shops??

Yes...

It's exactly wrong activity...
As per GST Your all business income fall under GST. So, Your retail shop income fall under GST. And You ll charge GST for the transactions and Show it under GST returns...
