09 July 2013I earned Rs 4,50,000/- p.a for the F/Y 2012-13 as a consultant in an NGO.
The NGO deduct tax from me U/S 194J for fees of professional & technical service.
They gave me Form No 16A.
Now i want to file E return for the A/Y 2013-14 myself .
Which form i need for E Return & kindly guide me in detail to submit E Return.
What is the last date of filing E Return?

last date for filing return is 31-07-2013.
you are liable to file form ITR 4 for having business / professional income
from the income of 4.50000 you can claim expenses incurred in relation to this earning of income.
however a minimum of profit of 8% should be shown with reference to section 44AD.
