U have to file ITR 4

ITR 4 is tp be filled if person is having following income :
1. Salary or pension
2. Income from more than one house property
3. Income from other sources
4. Capital gains or loss
5. Foreign assets or income
6. Share of profit of a partner from partnership firm
7. Income from business or profession
