SECTION 194J IS A SECTION IN WHICH SECTION TDS IS DEDUCTIED ,
YOU SHOULD SHOW YOU INOME IN THE HEAD OF ( INCOME FROM BUSINESS AND PROFESSION) IN P&L

If we are earning income through professional services then it will be business income & you need to file ITR-4 return.
