In ITR details of only active bank accounts to be furnished. In case there are no transactions in the bank account during the last three year, you do not have to furnish the details of such dormant bank accounts. Till now Indian Postal department is not given license to operate as a bank, so till the time we receive clarification from CBDT, savings account details need not be disclosed.
