my uncle died on 12/6/2013
i had filed his Itr yesterday for the financial year 2013-14.
now the problem is sign on itr which is send to cpc Bangalore.
his legal heir(son) exist
can his son do the sign on his father itr who is dead.
or any other valuable suggestion provide me.

Have you provided any authorised representative name in ITR??? It should be signed by A. R.
