I put short term capital loss of Rs 26000/- from F&O trading and equity trading. But in computation area loss of Rs 26000/- showing in short term capital loss and also long term capital loss of Rs 26000/-.

F&O trading is to be declared under head PGBP and not under capital gains...
F&O Trading loss is not capital gains but it is treated as business income. Show it in ITR3 with no books of account maintained
