my client have professional income,he will comes under 44aa and having income more than 50 lakhs before considering exemptions,his income will comes
to 30 lakhs after considering exemptions do he need to show balance sheet in ITR 3?
Yes, Tax audit is compulsory in your case and need to fill the balancesheet and p& l in ITR 3. Sec 44ADA is not applicablie to your case.
