how much time department is taking for itr-3 processing for ay 2019-20. last year in my case they taken 6 months to process.

3 to 6 months sir itr processing.........

It takes its own time. For ITR processing last date for issue of intimation is 31st March 2020.
Or may issue notice under 143(2) .
