I am govt retiree, below 60 yrs of age, my income from salary/pension and OS above 2.5 lacs for FY 2018-19. I did intraday trading first time in equity cash (Speculative). Turnover Rs 2220/- . Intraday loss- Rs 388 + other charges- Rs 705. (Net loss Rs 1093/-)
My queries are:-
(a) Can I file ITR 3, filling the details at sl no 65 under 'no accounts case?
(b) Can I carry forward the net loss Rs 1093/- without tax audit?
(c) Which business code to select? IT return preparation software is asking for it.
