ITR 3 EXCEL utility is not openning. giving error message that
" THE WORKBOOK CANNOT BE OPENED OR REPAIRED BY MICROSOFT EXCEL BECAUSE IT IS A CORRUPT FILE"
And this error message is coming after several attempt of repair of the utility while opening it.
please anyone give me the solution

Remove the current utility completely. Delete the history & temporary files from your system. Check the compatibility of Java requirement on your system. It may require updating.
Download the utility again, extract it and check.
If problem persists, file grievance.
