Itr 3 error - please select an option at point c

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I am getting following error while filling the ITR-2 with utility. kindly guide me how can i fix it.

just click on the error message it will take you to the error page. and then you can see what error is and correct it

You seemed to be missed to fill in the important fields.

Just follow the link along with the Schedule descripttion to correct those errors.

This error actually relates to point no C of AL sheet which says "Do you have any Interest held in the assets of a firm or association of persons (AOP) as a partner or member thereof ?". You may also be prompted to select yes or no in Point no A of same sheet.

The stupid form actually doesnot take you to this sheet if you clik on the error. I found it when I tried filling the excel utility. It takes you to the exact location of error.

Still the same error is shown, even after selecting NO at 2 places in schedule AL.

And moreove the schedule AL is not applicable for my Assessee, since his income is less than 50 Lakhs.

Error shown "Please select an option at PointC"

Any other option to resolve the issue.

I got the error In Profit & Loss Account expense section>Compensation of employees> Whether any compensation paid to non-residents? Select Yes or No
