Whether ITR 3 doesn't require GST number and Turnover details of business assessee??

IF U HAVE GST NO. THEN U MUST FURNISH YOUR DETAILE OF TURNOVER IN YOUR ITR3

but there is no option of provinding gst number in ITR-3 so do we need to provide only turn over details in gross receipt?
