I m running a general store..can I file my return under sec 44ad through income tax site??

Yes u can file it if ur total receipts does not exceed 1 crore

Any person engaged in the business of retail trade in any goods or merchandise shall be covered by this provision.. you can very well file ITR under Sec 44AD  provided.. your turnover does not exceed Rs 1 Crore..!
