any one can help me one of my client is commission agent and his commission is about 90000

he is required to maintain books of accounts

i want to know that whether balance sheet is also made and his personel property can be shown it.

yes you can make his personal balance sheet including his personal assets and liab. ansd income from comm.

Your client is not required to maintain books of account read Rule 6F. You can prepared his balance sheet its your client choice.

whether i should fill the itr -4 balance sheet and p&l also

if only comm. income then fill itr-1 and show under other sources.
