please can any one tell if i want to declare income of 145000 from OTHER SOURCE ALONE will it create any liability of TDS or any other thing...

please also tell me the ITR appropriate for the same in case of INDIVIDUAL

File ITR - 2

There will not be any TDS liability till the A.Y. 2012-13

But From A.Y. 2013-14 You have to Prove ur Income

Means You have to give the detail source of your income to the A.O.

otherwise it will be taxable at the rate of flat 30%

pratik ...have to produce details ...in return or when it is asked by AO....and is any notification came in this regard
