ITR 2021-22 prefilled JSON file download with 0 bytes

Team, while filling ITR of AY 2021-22 , we download pre filled for 2021-22 which download with 0 bytes. While we upload in ITR utility, it showing error  with msg " Error in importing, please upload proper prefill json fill. Kindly suggest.

Tried multiple times with recheck entries. However pan not linked with adhar due to DOB mismatch,  is this count in imcomplete entry.
