Since last two weeks i Couldn't able to register pan or tan of my friend in ITR portal. is there any suggestion how submit itr and tds return or how to register both pan and tan in alternative way??

TAN can be registered on tin-nsdl.com and for Pan registration you have to wait for some time as e-filing portal is not updated yet
You can file your TDS through TIN NSDL, and for Income tax registration wait for some days
