16 May 2018I find that after opening first page in recently uploaded ITR 2 utility (Java) by Income tax department, the schedules page is not opening. The message that "preparing ITR please wait" also does not appear.
ITR 1 and 4 are opening properly but there is problem in ITR 2.
Any suggestions to overcome this problem?

Dear, have you extracted files to new folder, with latest java upgraded utility, first.
It is working fine, after extraction........
