An assessee who is partner in a partnership firm (not working partner) got a loss from firm.
My qstn is whether we can file itr-2(ignoring loss as well firm details), or we have to file itr-3.
Legally speaking, file ITR 3 & declare the partnership in firm. No need to distribute loss of firm.
