Itr-2 option not available after logging in.
This year there is an option for direct online return filing after the user logs in the income tax efiling website with his pan. In my case I see that only ITR-1 and ITR-4S are available. Then how can I use some other ITR form in case I need?

You have to download other ITR forms from website.
There are links for all ITR forms in Downloads section on right hand side of website (https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/)
