Pl advise correct ITR form ( I or II) for salary person having 1 house property income and no other income.
Rule 12 confusing
ITR Form 1 - for salary income OR Income from House property (1 house) OR income from other sources
Other than above, form II
Form I says OR , OR and not salary income and 1 HP income and income from other sources.
