ITR-1 released....... for A.Y. 2010-11

i think it is similar to the earlier ITR 1 !! Only difference is that House property was not present in ITR 1, which should have been basic. it has now been included in Saral.

i have another issue over here....

do we refer Education Cess which is @ 2 % as 

"PRIMARY EDUCATION CESS"

OR ONLY 

"EDUCATION CESS"....

please clarify....

Actually primary education cess is 2% and secondary education cess is 1%. However till last year they were only showing education cess in the ITR form and the said was understood as education cess @ 3%.

This year they state Secondary and Higher Education cess which also needs to calculated at 3% though acutal rate of it is 1% as there is no other place to fill primary education cess.
