itr 1 query
in itr 1 deduction u/s 16(4a+4b+4c)=40000 is mandatory for all salary person? can we skip this if we nt take deduction?

if u r a salaried employee ,surely the deduction comes automatically u cant escape....but if u dont wannt to get the deduction better go by itr 2....
