In ITR-1 form there is no option for children education fees under sec.80C chapter VI A.
so where to mention this amount pls advise.

B-2 for type of house property
B-3 for income from other sources
B-4 Gross Total Income
then part C Deductions & taxble total income under which different sections of investment mentioned & 1st one is 80C-LIC,contribution to PF etc mentioned.
should i mention fees amount in this column?

Unless any TDS is deducted for such amounts credited u/s 194C (Contract) or 194J (Professional) the same can be declared under Income from Other Source. If TDS is deducted under above sections its better to declare under Business or Profession or you may await a notice stating income mismatch.

Not an issue. You can still declare under Other Source.
