i want to file ITR-1 for A.Y.2019-20 but it's showing option to file under Section 119(2)(b). and it's also demand the order copy from officer.

You cannot file it for the assessment year 19-20 because the last date is already over. but if you receive any kind of notice from department then you can file ITR under section 119.
here I suggest you to forget about assessment year 19-20 and file ITR for 20-21.
