Will it any non compliance if I fail to disclose bank in itr1 for salaried person

You are required to provide the details of all the bank accounts currently held by you. Hence, if you forgot to mention the details of your bank you can file a revised return.

Yes... You can go to revise Your ITR with missed bank details.
