If i got the PAN card in my native state (eg.Coimbatore, Tamilnadu). But i am working as a employee in Other state in india (eg. Bangalore, Karnataka). where i submit the income tax return in Coimbatore or in Bangalore. In case of Coimbatore if i earn annual gross salary more than Rs.500000 where i submit it ?

venkatesh I will suggest your to file your income tax return at your permanent address.
Otherwise if your file your return then their may come problem in processing of your ITR if filed manually, No problem if filed Online

Yes, filing tax return online is the best option to excerise since it will automatically captures ITO ward as per PAN database with Income tax
You should file your return on your pan baise Word because in case of refund it will create problem and your refund is not process so its better to file your retrun on your pan baise word !!!
