Instead of taking sgst and cgst wrongly taken total tax for a bill in igst for the year 17-18

Had you corrected in 2018-19 ? If No.
then you have reversed it in current GSTR-3B in table 4B and have to take credit in IGST. also you have to pay interest @ 24% p.a. through DRC-03 on the amount you have wrongly ITC taken.

No you can't correct it in GSTR-9, it's an reposting form you have to enter IGST figures in table 13 and CGST and SGST figures in table 12. by these there will no changes in your cash or credit ledgers.

sir. .in gstr 9 should we need to show the correct fiqure of itc under the autopoulated figure from 3b

in table 8B there will be the figures auto populated from table 6 and in table 8C you have to show this IGST amount which you are claiming in 2018-19 or before filling annual return. and the figures which you have reverse these figures have to be shown in table 12 which have reversed in 2018-19 or before filling the annual return
