IGST input can first be utilised either for chat output or sgst output, right?
Client cgst ITC got accumulated but there is nil sgst ITC. client have been utilising ITC for cgst payment.
now, we can utilise that igst ITC for sgst payment and utilise cgst ITC for cgst payment... ??

No . ITC for IGST will first utilize against IGSToutput the balance further can be utilized either in SGST or CGST

Client doesn't have any IGST output sir. In that case we can use IGST ITC for CGST or SGST na???

If IGST output liability is Nil.
