ITC to be claim or not
A person is registered under gst only for rental commercial income to be treated as supply of service. Is that person eligible for claiming ITC of taxes paid on flight tickets?

If flight ticket booking has been done in the course or for furtherance of business, ITC can be claimed.
A PERSON IS REGISTERED UNDER GST ONLY FOR RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL INCOME.
IF THE PURPOSE OF TRAVEL IS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE ITC CAN BE CLAIMED.
IF THE PURPOSE OF TRAVEL IS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE ITC CAN BE CLAIMED.
