is buyer Co take itc against gst purchase bill writing in hand not printed? purchase from registered dealer.

No.. You need to have a valid invoice made as per GST Act & Rules for availing ITC.. That's one of the basic conditions for eligibility for availing ITC

Yes , if all the fields are according to prescribed in Rule 46 of CGST Act
